The Ibanez Pentatone preamp puts comprehensive tone control directly under your fingertips with its sophisticated all-analogue design. This versatile pedal combines five distinct tone-shaping sections including pre-boost, distortion with two-band EQ, noise gate, 5-band parametric EQ, and post-boost functionality. A bright switch further enhances your sound by boosting high frequencies for added treble response.

Two integrated footswitches provide immediate control over preamp bypass and post-boost functions, whilst the optional Ibanez IFS2L external footswitch expands your control options by making both the pre-boost and 5-band parametric EQ foot-switchable. This intuitive platform covers everything from subtle tone enhancement through to crunchy overdrive and crushing distortion tones.
