Ibanez JS2480MCR Joe Satriani Signature Electric Guitar Metallic Red

The Joe Satriani JS series guitars break free from conventional limitations with their 24-fret design, deeper cutaway, and high-output pickups that scream with intensity. These liberating instruments are built for players who demand both technical precision and sonic versatility.

At the heart of the JS2480 lies a three-piece Maple/Bubinga neck construction, where the Bubinga stripe adds crucial stability whilst extending sustain for longer-lasting notes. The thoughtful engineering includes a high pass filter integrated into the volume pots, ensuring your highs remain crisp even when playing at reduced volumes.

Joe's preferred Edge tremolo bridge takes centre stage, offering the legendary feel and tonal characteristics that have defined his sound for decades. The DiMarzio® Satchur8™ pickup provides comprehensive support for Satriani's diverse playing techniques and his characteristically massive sound signature.

The three-way Sustainiac mode selector adds another dimension to your playing possibilities, allowing you to switch between emphasising the fundamental frequency, overtones, or a balanced combination of both elements for maximum sonic flexibility.
