Designed specifically for young players, this piano accordion from Hohner weighs significantly less than traditional models thanks to a housing and internal construction made entirely from durable plastic. The XS represents a fresh approach to entry–level accordions, addressing the physical challenge that has kept many children from exploring the instrument. The proprietary Click 'n Play system simplifies strapping in, allowing students to get playing faster without adult assistance.
Adjustable handstraps accommodate growing hands over years of use, extending the instrument's lifespan as technique develops. The ergonomic construction places controls and weight distribution where smaller frames need them, reducing fatigue during practice sessions. Robust plastic materials throughout ensure the accordion can withstand the knocks and drops common in younger players' learning environments while maintaining tuning stability.
