The Special 20 revolutionised harmonica design by becoming the world's first diatonic harmonica to feature reed plates recessed into the comb, creating a projecting plastic mouthpiece that has since become the most copied design globally. This innovative construction delivers exceptional comfort during play while producing a beautifully mellow, distinctive sound that suits an impressive range of musical styles from Folk and Country through to Rock and Pop.

Built on this revolutionary concept, the Special 20 offers everything a professional harpist requires whilst remaining an ideal choice for beginners thanks to its smooth playability and comparatively affordable price point. The unique design creates superior comfort and projection, making extended playing sessions more enjoyable for musicians at any skill level.

If you're seeking an instrument that will accompany you from your first few steps right through to professional performance, the Special 20 represents your best possible investment. Its combination of innovative design, versatile sound, and accessible pricing makes it the perfect companion for your musical journey.
