HEDD Audio BASS 12 12" Subwoofer w/ DSP & ICE Power Amplification (700W)

The BASS 12 stands as potentially the largest 12" subwoofer available today, engineered specifically to complement HEDD’s TYPE 20 MK2 and TYPE 30 MK2 three-way systems. This powerhouse brings genuine club atmosphere to your studio environment, extending your low-end response down to an impressive 20Hz – or push it further to 16Hz with the Bass Extension mode engaged. The substantial weight and presence it adds to your mixes will captivate both you and your clients during critical listening sessions.

What sets this 700W subwoofer apart from the competition is its remarkable ability to operate within a completely phase-linear satellite-subwoofer configuration. When paired with HEDD MK2 monitors, the entire system maintains perfect linear phase response, creating an extraordinary monitoring experience that combines the substantial body of a large subwoofer with the surgical precision of a high-end monitoring setup.

The BASS 12 includes thoughtful features like the Satellite OFFSET control, which helps address potential acoustic issues arising from monitor and subwoofer placement by allowing 2m adjustments. Multiple crossover filter options are provided, including LFE compatibility for home cinema applications. Connectivity options include both analogue and digital AES inputs for maximum flexibility in professional environments.
