Hardcase's Standard combo case consolidates two toms into a single flight case, cutting transport weight and case count on the road. Built from ultra-tough single-piece shell construction, the HN14-15C accommodates 14" and 15" drums with a stacking design that simplifies load-in logistics. Internal foam grip pads cradle drums without rattle, whilst a padded divider plate isolates each tom to prevent contact damage during transit.
Dimensionally, the case measures 535mm (width) by 476mm (depth) with an adjustable depth range of 610mm to 794mm, accommodating standard bearing edges and rim configurations. Wheels and a telescopic pull handle enable single-handed manoeuvrability, whilst the clamping lid locks drums securely in place. The rugged webbing and clip system won't degrade over years of venue changes, gigs, and storage stacking. Isolation-mounted systems (Rims, Optimounts, Gauger, Startcast) may require sizing up to the HN12-13C model.
This case strikes a practical middle ground: substantially more durable than a softcase, yet more affordable than full-size flight cases. Touring drummers, session players, and gigging percussionists benefit from reduced footprint without sacrificing shell protection against knocks, drops, and skids. An ID badge slot helps prevent mix-ups in crowded backline areas.
