The Guild D‐40 Standard represents American lutherie at its finest, combining traditional craftsmanship with premium tonewoods to create a dreadnought that stands among the best in its class. Built in the USA, this instrument showcases a solid Sitka spruce top paired with an African mahogany body, delivering the powerful projection and rich harmonic content that dreadnought players demand.

At the heart of this guitar's exceptional voice is the scalloped Adirondack bracing pattern, which allows the top to vibrate more freely for enhanced resonance and dynamic response. The stunning Pacific Sunset Burst finish adds visual appeal to match the sonic performance. Your investment is protected with the included humidified hardshell case, ensuring your Guild remains in optimal condition.
