The G5420T Electromatic® Classic Hollow Body Single-Cut with Bigsby® showcases a laminated maple body featuring vintage-inspired perimeters and refined arches, complemented by innovative trestle block bracing that effectively reduces unwanted feedback whilst enhancing the instrument’s tonal characteristics.

This hollow-body construction benefits from increased rigidity and improved contact between the top and back, resulting in faster attack with enhanced focus, snap, and extended sustain. The all-new FT-5E Filter’Tron™ pickups deliver explosive full-bodied punch with classic chime and remarkable presence, clarity and note definition that cuts through any mix.

Playability receives equal attention with the all-new Classic “C”-shaped maple neck providing comfortable feel for improved performance, topped with a 12”-radius laurel fingerboard. The versatile upgraded control layout includes master volume with treble bleed circuit, master tone, individual pickup volume controls and three-position pickup toggle switch, whilst premium appointments include oversized bound F-holes, multi-ply body binding, smaller late-‘50s G6120 bound headstock, vintage-style open-back tuning machines, Graph Tech® NuBone® nut, pearloid Neo-Classic™ thumbnail inlays, secured Adjusto-Matic™ bridge and Bigsby® B60 vibrato tailpiece.
