Gibson's Les Paul™ Standard 50s Mahogany Top brings the legendary warmth of all-mahogany construction to the iconic Standard series. This distinctive guitar features a solid mahogany body topped with mahogany rather than the traditional maple, creating a tonal character reminiscent of classic Les Paul Customs with their warmer, midrange-focused voice that cuts through any mix.

The guitar maintains all the beloved specifications of the Standard 50s range, including the comfortable mahogany neck shaped to the rounded 50s Vintage profile. The rosewood fingerboard showcases traditional trapezoid inlays, while the hardware package includes the classic ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic™ bridge, aluminium Stop Bar tailpiece, Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons, and distinctive black Top Hat knobs.

Tone comes courtesy of Burstbucker™ 1 and Burstbucker 2 pickups in the neck and bridge positions respectively, both loaded with Alnico 2 magnets for authentic vintage character. The electronics are wired to audio taper potentiometers and Orange Drop™ capacitors, ensuring the purest signal path. A hardshell case is included to protect your investment.
