Gibson Left-Handed SJ-200 Standard Classic Acoustic Guitar (White) inc Hard Case

Gibson's SJ-200 Standard Left-Handed represents nearly a century of acoustic engineering refinement, dating back to its 1937 debut. Known across folk, country, and rock circles for its commanding projection and unmistakable aesthetic, this flat-top has become synonymous with serious acoustic performance. The white finish option delivers visual impact alongside the instrument's architectural trademark: the two-bar Moustache bridge and graduated crown mother-of-pearl fretboard inlays.

Construction centres on AAA figured maple back and sides paired with a solid Sitka spruce top, voiced via traditional scalloped x-bracing for bold articulation and stage presence. The two-piece maple neck incorporates walnut stringer reinforcement and a rounded profile for ergonomic left-handed play. The bound rosewood fretboard spans 20 frets with mother-of-pearl inlay detailing, whilst the bound headstock showcases inlaid Gibson badging. Gold Grover® Rotomatic tuners and TUSQ® nut & saddle provide reliable tuning stability, whilst the integrated L.R. Baggs™ Anthem mic/pickup system with soundhole controls facilitates transparent amplified sound without visual clutter. A Gibson hardshell case is included for transport and storage.

The SJ-200 Standard's internal electronics and robust construction suit working musicians across studio sessions and touring schedules alike. The Anthem system's unobtrusive design keeps the visual identity intact whilst delivering audience-friendly amplification, making this configuration equally suited to intimate venues and larger halls.
