Gibson's ES Supreme represents a refined evolution of the ES–335 platform, building on decades of semi–hollow design credibility to create a flagship instrument that balances sonic flexibility with purposeful aesthetics. The model has garnered international recognition for its thoughtfully assembled feature set, developed through direct engagement with player feedback. Finished in striking opaque Ebony with two Burstbucker® pickups, this semi–hollow delivers the adaptability that's defined the ES–335 lineage across generations and genres, now positioned at the highest level of Gibson craftsmanship.

Construction centres on a three–ply maple/poplar/maple body with solid maple centerblock, engineered to extend sustain whilst resisting unwanted feedback. The mahogany neck adopts a Rounded C profile for ergonomic playability, paired with a bound ebony fretboard featuring a 10–16 inch compound radius and 22 medium jumbo frets. Mother–of–pearl Super Split Block inlays and a heritage–inspired mother–of–pearl headstock inlay add visual refinement. Hardware includes gold–plated Grover® Rotomatic® locking tuners with keystone buttons, an aluminium Nashville Tune–O–Matic® bridge, and Stop Bar tailpiece, with Graph Tech® nut for tuning stability across 628.65 mm scale length.

Tonal range expands significantly through push/pull volume controls enabling coil splitting on both the neck Burstbucker Rhythm Pro and bridge Burstbucker Lead Pro + pickups. This switching architecture opens sonic territory beyond traditional semi–hollow territory, allowing everything from warm, woody midrange to articulate single–coil character without changing instruments. The included Modern Collection hardshell case provides reliable protection whether the guitar stays in the studio or travels to venues.
