Gibson Custom Shop has meticulously recreated the legendary ES–335 through an intensive year–long process of studying, scanning, and analysing original vintage examples. The Historic Reissue ES–335 represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship, with expert artisans rendering every contour, profile, inlay and colour of priceless vintage models in magnificent detail.
The 1961 Reissue models feature the classic rounded cutaways and slim–taper neck profiles that have been precisely scanned from original instruments. These guitars showcase authentic dot inlays and vintage–replica parts, ensuring an ownership experience that captures the essence of the original era while providing modern reliability.
