The Ghost ResoMax NV Bridge is a high–performance replacement bridge designed for electric guitars with tune–o–matic–style mounting systems. Ghost hardware specialises in resonance–optimised bridge designs, and the ResoMax NV uses 4mm posts to fit a wide range of Gibson and import guitars with metric–spec bushings. The NV designation refers to the non–vented saddle design, which differs from the vented models in the ResoMax range and offers distinct tonal characteristics tied to mass distribution and string contact geometry.
Each saddle sits on individual radius–matched contact points rather than resting on a flat wire or blade, allowing the bridge to pivot with string motion while maintaining consistent intonation. The 4mm post diameter ensures compatibility with most metric tune–o–matic bridge posts found on import and modern Gibson instruments. Machined from aerospace–grade aluminium with steel inserts at critical contact points, the bridge balances lightweight construction with durability. The saddles allow independent height and intonation adjustment, while the locking thumbwheels prevent post rotation during string tension changes or aggressive playing.
