The RedNet HD32R bridges the gap between traditional Pro Tools systems and modern Dante audio networks with remarkable precision. This 1U rack-mounted interface serves as a Pro Tools | HD™ gateway for Dante™ audio-over-IP networks, offering up to 32x32 channels of I/O capability, scaling down to 16x16 channels when operating at 192kHz sample rates.
Built for mission-critical applications, the HD32R incorporates both network and power supply redundancy to ensure uninterrupted operation across Post Production, Broadcast, Live Sound and Recording Studio environments. The unit’s robust design makes it particularly suitable for professional installations where reliability cannot be compromised.
Connection flexibility comes via dual DigiLink mini connectors, enabling direct integration with any Pro Tools | HD system including Native, HDX and legacy TDM configurations. Multiple HD32R units can be deployed within a single Pro Tools system up to the platform’s maximum I/O channel limits, whilst Loop Sync I/O functionality ensures seamless compatibility with existing Pro Tools interfaces such as HD I/O and Sync HD I/O units.
