Focusrite Clarett+ OctoPre 8-channel ADAT Preamp

The Clarett+ OctoPre brings professional studio-grade recording to your fingertips with eight pristine Clarett+ preamps designed for both emerging and seasoned engineers. Each channel features high headroom, low noise operation and the signature All-analogue Air circuitry with relay-controlled switching, capturing drums, vocals and acoustic instruments with exceptional clarity. Two dedicated JFET instrument inputs preserve the authentic character of your guitars, replicating the experience of plugging directly into an amplifier.

Superior A-D/D-A conversion technology ensures your recordings maintain studio-quality standards with impressive dynamic range and ultra-low noise and distortion specifications. The exceptional D-A conversion maintains audio integrity when routing to external analogue compressors, EQs and effects processors, preserving your creative workflow without compromise.

Seamless expansion capabilities allow you to connect the OctoPre to existing 2Pre, 4Pre or 8Pre interfaces via ADAT, enabling full band recording sessions while maintaining the analogue purity and classic Focusrite Studio Console sound. The comprehensive package includes the Hitmaker Expansion 3.0 software bundle featuring Native Instruments® MASSIVE and FAST Balancer AI mixing plugin, available with units purchased and registered from October 1st 2021, plus access to the Focusrite Plug-in Collective and Ableton Live Lite.
