Ferrofish Verto 32 32x32 ADAT & Dante Converter

The Verto 32 bridges the gap between traditional ADAT equipment and modern Dante networks, offering seamless plug-and-play integration for up to 32 x 32 channels of digital audio. This ultra-compact device connects up to two 4-channel ADAT units directly into the fastest-growing Audio-over-IP ecosystem, making it an essential tool for studios and live sound applications looking to modernise their workflow without abandoning existing gear.

Built with practicality in mind, the unit features eight ADAT connectors – four dedicated to transmission and four for receiving digital data, with each connector handling eight channels. The Dante connectivity is handled through dual RJ45 sockets that support redundant operation for mission-critical applications, while sample rates up to 96kHz ensure high-quality audio reproduction across the network.

Additional functionality includes MIDI I/O jacks that allow embedded MIDI messages to travel through Dante data streams, providing remote control capabilities for MIDI equipment located in studio racks or on stage from front-of-house positions. BNC wordclock jacks round out the connectivity options, enabling external synchronisation for complex multi-device setups where timing precision is paramount.
