The PULSE16 MX redefines professional audio conversion by cramming studio-grade performance into an incredibly compact 1HU chassis. This powerhouse features 16 x 16 balanced analogue inputs and outputs operating at sample rates up to 192kHz, utilising premium Cirrus Logic converters with temperature-compensated clocking and jitter reduction PLL technology. The unit’s balanced TRS connections handle studio levels up to +20dBu, with individual level adjustment in precise 1dB increments for optimal signal matching.

Digital connectivity options are comprehensive, featuring both ADAT and MADI interfaces to accommodate virtually any professional setup. The 4 x 4 ADAT ports provide sufficient bandwidth for all 16 analogue channels at 96kHz, or expand to handle 32 x 32 channels at 48kHz. MADI implementation uses modular SFP connections, allowing up to 64 x 64 channels over simple optical cable pairs whilst offering flexibility to swap between different MADI standards including Singlemode options.

Operation is streamlined through dual TFT screens that display all essential information without requiring manual consultation. Remote control capabilities via MIDI and MADI add further convenience, whilst the headphone output can monitor any analogue or digital input or output.
