The Player II Stratocaster® HSS brings legendary Fender® tone into the modern era with stage–ready performance and contemporary updates that inspire your musical journey. This iconic guitar radiates timeless Fender charm whilst being perfectly engineered for today’s players, featuring everything you need to power your performance.
Built for fast and fluid playability, the Modern “C”–profile neck features a silky satin urethane finish on the back and a comfortable 9.5”–radius slab rosewood or maple fingerboard with smooth rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets. Choose from alder, chambered ash or chambered mahogany bodies available in both classic Fender finishes and never–before–seen colours unearthed from the archives.
The pickup configuration combines Player Series Alnico V Single–Coil Strat® pickups with a Player Series Alnico II humbucker, offering crystalline highs, musical mids and tight lows that suit any genre. The 5–way blade switch provides tonal versatility from glassy neck pickup chime to rowdy bridge pickup roar and all points in between, whilst the 2–point tremolo and ClassicGear™ tuners ensure precise tuning stability for endless sonic exploration.
