Fender Player II Modified Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard (Sunshine Yellow)

The Player II Modified Stratocaster® represents Fender®'s commitment to pushing the boundaries of their legendary design whilst honouring its timeless appeal. This upgraded instrument combines classic Fender heritage with modern enhancements that cater to today’s demanding guitarists. The alder body maintains that signature Fender punch and comes in an array of fresh finishes, whilst the Modern “C”–profile neck features a smooth satin urethane finish for comfortable playing sessions.

Playability has been refined through careful attention to detail, with the 9.5”–radius fingerboard available in either slab rosewood or one–piece maple, both featuring rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets. The Player II Noiseless™ pickups capture the classic Stratocaster chime and sparkle without the interference of unwanted noise. A clever push/pull switch on the second tone control adds the neck pickup into positions 1 and 2, significantly expanding your tonal palette.

The 2–point synchronised tremolo system has been engineered for both precision and stability, incorporating block steel saddles and a chamfered tremolo block that allows for wider travel and more expressive vibrato techniques. Short post locking tuners work alongside a TUSQ® nut and modern string tree to ensure your tuning remains rock–solid throughout even the most energetic performances, making this modified Strat a reliable choice for serious musicians.
