Fender Player II Modified Stratocaster HSS Floyd Rose (Dusk)

The Player II Modified Stratocaster® HSS represents Fender®'s commitment to pushing the boundaries of their legendary design whilst honouring its timeless appeal. This versatile instrument combines classic Fender heritage with carefully considered modern upgrades that enhance both playability and tonal versatility. The alder body maintains that signature Fender punch and comes available in a range of fresh finishes, making it as visually striking as it is sonically impressive.

At the heart of this guitar’s playability is the Modern “C”–profile neck with its smooth satin urethane finish, paired with a 9.5”–radius fingerboard featuring rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets. Whether you choose the slab maple or rosewood fingerboard option, you’ll find effortless playability across the entire neck. The pickup configuration truly sets this instrument apart, with the Player II Modified humbucker in the bridge position providing articulate tones with substantial output, while the Player II Noiseless™ Strat® pickups maintain that classic chime and sparkle without unwanted noise.

The guitar’s versatility extends further with a push/pull switch on the second tone control that splits the bridge humbucker, unlocking traditional Strat® single–coil tones for maximum sonic flexibility. Precision engineering continues with the 2–point synchronised tremolo system, featuring block steel saddles and a chamfered tremolo block for wider travel and more expressive vibrato. Short post locking tuners, a TUSQ® nut, and a modern string tree work together to ensure exceptional tuning stability, making this guitar ready for anything you can throw at it.
