Fender has achieved something remarkable with the Tone Master Twin Reverb Blonde – creating a digital amplifier that sounds virtually identical to the legendary all-tube Twin Reverb, whilst weighing roughly half as much. This groundbreaking amp harnesses massive digital processing power to faithfully model the circuitry and 85-watt output of the original tube version, paired with a high-performance 200-watt digital power section that maintains the headroom and dynamic response guitarists expect from a vintage Twin.
The resonant pine cabinet houses two Celestion® NEO Creamback speakers, adding a distinctive rock ‘n’ roll character to the classic Twin sound. The blonde vinyl covering captures that unmistakable early-’60s Fender aesthetic, while the front panel maintains the familiar layout including Fender’s world-renowned reverb and tremolo effects. The reverb control has been refined for easier adjustment at lower settings, making it more practical for everyday use.
Modern conveniences are seamlessly integrated into the rear panel without compromising the authentic playing feel. An output power selector offers full power plus five attenuated settings, while the balanced XLR line output features impulse response cabinet simulations captured with both Shure SM57 and Sennheiser MD421 microphones. Additional features include a mute switch for silent recording, USB connectivity for firmware updates, and other practical enhancements that make this amp as versatile as it is authentic.
