Fender Eric Clapton Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard Pewter Electric Guitar

Chris Shiflett's stage–dominating guitar prowess with the Foo Fighters has inspired this stripped–down rock machine, previously available only through Fender's Custom Shop. The Chris Shiflett Cleaver Telecaster® Deluxe brings that same road–tested, high–octane performance design to players who demand professional–grade instruments built for serious live work.

Constructed with an alder body featuring a comfortable belly cut and finished in gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, this signature model combines vintage aesthetics with superior resonance. The 25.5" scale maple neck showcases a Custom Oval "C" profile paired with a 12" radius slab rosewood fingerboard, providing effortless playability across 21 medium jumbo frets. White pearloid block inlays add visual appeal while maintaining the instrument's focus on substance over flash.

The guitar's sonic character comes from Chris Shiflett "Cleaver" Noiseless™ CS–90 pickups, engineered to produce high output with throaty midrange punch and singing highs—all without unwanted hum. Tuning stability remains rock–solid thanks to Pure Vintage "F"–stamped tuning machines, a bone nut, and string–through body hardtail bridge construction. The package includes a signature vintage–style brown case, making this Telecaster® Deluxe the complete solution for guitarists seeking dynamic tones and uncompromising performance.
