Fender 60M Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Strings - Medium (13-56)

The Fender Jazz Bass revolutionised the bass guitar landscape when it debuted in 1960, offering musicians a sophisticated alternative to the established P Bass with its distinctive dual–pickup configuration and refined playing characteristics.

Positioned as Fender's deluxe bass model, the Jazz Bass was specifically crafted for players seeking enhanced sonic versatility and brightness through its innovative dual pickup system. The instrument's offset–waist body design provides superior ergonomics, whilst the slim neck profile encourages fast, agile playing techniques that made it particularly appealing to jazz musicians of the era.

The Fender Standard Jazz Bass maintains this legendary heritage, featuring Fender Standard pickups that produce high–output sonic character ideal for contemporary players. Its "Modern C"–shaped neck profile offers exceptional playing comfort, making this J Bass an excellent foundation for musicians developing their skills and exploring the iconic Fender sound that helped define rock & roll.
