EVH SA-126 Special Semi-Hollow Electric (Platinum Pearl Metallic) inc Case

Wolfgang Van Halen's SA-126 Special represents a bold reimagining of the electric guitar for modern players who demand versatility without compromise. This innovative instrument merges the resonance of semi-hollow construction with the stability of a solid body design, featuring a chambered mahogany body with a basswood centerblock for enhanced tonal depth and sustain. The quilt maple top and 5-ply binding add visual sophistication to an already impressive package that comes complete with an ivory-wrapped hardshell case lined with crushed blue velvet interior.

The SA-126's playability is exceptional, thanks to its graphite-reinforced mahogany neck with a 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard and 22 jumbo frets. The 24.75" scale length provides familiar comfort for players transitioning from classic designs, while the heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel allows for quick setup changes. Custom-designed EVH SA-126 humbucking pickups, developed by Fender's Tim Shaw, cover an impressive range from crystalline cleans to high-gain aggression. The three-way toggle switch works in conjunction with dual volume and dual tone controls, giving you precise command over your sound through the Harmonica bridge and stoptail piece configuration.
