Eventide's H9000R represents the pinnacle of professional audio processing, stripping away the front panel controls to create a streamlined powerhouse that relies entirely on the sophisticated Emote software for operation. This flagship multi-effects processor builds upon nearly five decades of research and development, housing an impressive arsenal of over 1600 unique algorithms that span from faithful recreations of classic effects to cutting-edge innovations. The extensive library includes reverbs, delays, modulation effects, pitch shifting, EQs, distortion and much more, providing years of creative exploration for audio professionals.

The H9000R's technical capabilities are formidable, supporting up to 128 channels of simultaneous signal processing through its comprehensive I/O configuration. Users gain access to 8 channels of pristine analogue audio, 16 channels via USB, 8 channels of AES/EBU, ADAT optical, and S/PDIF connectivity. The unit's four quad-core ARM processors enable up to 16 effect algorithms to run concurrently in series or parallel configurations, with future-proof DSP modules that can be upgraded as more powerful ARM chips become available.

The innovative FX Chains concept allows any four algorithms to be combined with flexible user-defined routing, creating custom channel strips, guitar pedalboards, or modular synth configurations. Multi-channel algorithms include 5.1 halls, chambers, plates, rooms, and various ambient spaces, making it ideal for surround sound applications. Control options are extensive, featuring MIDI In/Out/Thru, two 1/4" TRS inputs for pedals or CV sources, and four USB ports for MIDI controllers and preset management.

The included Emote software serves as the creative interface, available as both standalone applications for Mac and Windows, and as plug-ins for AAX, AU, VST, and VST3 formats.
