Evans Genera Drum Head 14 Inch

The Evans Genera 14" snare drum head combines innovative engineering with superior sound quality, featuring a unique single‐ply 10mil film construction that produces the rich, full‐bodied tone typically associated with double‐ply heads. This white drum head incorporates a 2mil overtone control ring positioned on the underside that moves naturally with the head, effectively eliminating unwanted overtones while maintaining optimal sustain control.

Built with Evans’ exclusive Level 360 Technology collar design, this drum head ensures consistent contact between the head and drum shell, resulting in superior tuning stability and enhanced overall performance. The single‐ply construction provides balanced versatility, making it suitable for various musical styles and playing techniques.

For drummers seeking a more controlled sound profile, this drum head is also available in a dry version that offers increased focus and precision. The innovative floating overtone control system maintains the head’s natural response while providing the tonal control that professional and amateur drummers alike demand from their snare drum setup.
