The Evans B14EC2S EC2 Coated Drum Head brings professional‐grade sound engineering to your 14" snare with its innovative dual‐ply construction. This head features two layers of 7mil film that have been specifically optimised for attack, tone, sustain length and tuning ease across each drum size in the series.

Sound Shaping Technology (SST™) sets this drumhead apart through its Edge Control ring, which is mounted on the underside of the head. The ring size varies for different head dimensions, creating an extremely well‐balanced and pre‐EQ’d sound that works seamlessly across your entire kit setup.

The frost coated finish adds extra warmth, focus and depth to your sound while providing a distinctive translucent appearance. This coating enhances the tonal characteristics whilst maintaining the technical benefits of the dual‐ply construction and SST™ technology.
