The Evans B12EC2S EC2 Coated Drum Head brings professional‐grade sound engineering to your 12" drum with its innovative dual‐ply construction. This head features two layers of 7mil film that have been specifically optimised for attack, tone, sustain length, and tuning ease across different head sizes.

At the heart of this drum head lies Evans’ Sound Shaping Technology (SST™) Edge Control ring, strategically mounted on the underside. The ring size varies for each head diameter, creating an extremely well‐balanced and pre‐EQ’d sound that maintains consistency across your entire kit setup.

The frost coated finish adds extra warmth, focus, and depth to your sound while providing a distinctive translucent appearance. This coating enhances the tonal characteristics whilst giving your kit a unique visual appeal that stands out on stage or in the studio.
