ESP LTD TE-200DX Electric Guitar (Purple Burst)

Kirk Hammett's legendary guitar prowess has shaped the sound of heavy metal for over four decades, and now his latest signature instrument brings that iconic tone within reach. The LTD KH–V represents the newest chapter in the Kirk Hammett Signature Series from ESP, designed to meet the exacting standards of Metallica's lead guitarist. This striking V–shaped guitar captures the essence of Kirk's dominating sound that has inspired countless musicians worldwide.

Available in three distinctive finishes, the KH–V offers Black Sparkle with black hardware and pickguard, Red Sparkle with gold hardware and pickguard, or Metallic Gold with gold hardware and cream pickguard. The guitar features neck–thru–body construction with an extra–thin U–shaped three–piece maple neck paired with a korina body at 25.5" scale. Its Macassar ebony fingerboard showcases pearloid wave inlays across 24 extra–jumbo frets, providing the smooth playability demanded by modern metal guitarists.

The sonic foundation comes from Kirk's signature EMG Bone Breaker pickup set, combining the BB–B ceramic bridge pickup with the BB–N alnico 5 neck pickup. This pairing produces crisp, crushing lead tones and smooth, rounded rhythm sounds with simple pickup selector switching. Professional appointments include volume and tone controls, three–way pickup selector toggle, TonePros bridge with string–thru–body design, and LTD locking tuners. Each guitar comes complete with an ESP deluxe hardshell case for premium protection.
