The EC–200DX proves that exceptional guitar craftsmanship doesn't have to break the bank, offering professional–grade features in LTD's accessible DX range. This Eclipse–style instrument showcases a flat–top single–cutaway body with bevelled edges, constructed with bolt–on design at a comfortable 24.75" scale length.

Built around a lightweight poplar body topped with striking flamed maple, the guitar features a roasted maple neck paired with a smooth rosewood fingerboard. The construction includes 24 extra–jumbo frets with classic dot inlays, while black chrome hardware throughout gives it a sleek, professional appearance.

Sound comes courtesy of ESP's highly regarded LH–150 humbucking pickups in both bridge and neck positions, complete with matching black chrome covers that provide punchy, versatile tone across all musical styles. The TOM–style bridge and tailpiece ensure solid tuning stability, while a clever push–pull switch on the tone control unlocks single–coil voicings for added tonal flexibility.
