This signature acoustic revives the storied El Dorado lineage through the vision of acclaimed guitarist Marcus King, who named his 2020 GRAMMY®–nominated Americana album after the model that started his musical path. The square–shoulder dreadnought construction pairs solid rosewood back and sides with a solid spruce top, delivering resonant depth that matures beautifully over time. Four–ply top binding and single–ply back binding frame the body, while a factory–installed L.R. Baggs™ Element Bronze pickup system provides stage–ready amplification without modification.

The 25.5” scale mahogany neck features a comfortable C–profile and traditional dovetail joint, topped by a headstock volute and 1970s MIJ–inspired shape. Twenty standard frets sit within a three–ply bound rosewood fretboard adorned with mother–of–pearl rounded–corner block inlays, anchored by a bone nut and Epiphone Deluxe tuners with metal buttons. The belly–down rosewood bridge carries a compensated bone saddle and black pins, inlaid with mother–of–pearl outlines of South Carolina and Tennessee's Tri–Star emblem as personal tributes to King's heritage.

Discreetly mounted volume and tone controls rest at the soundhole edge for accessible adjustment during performance while remaining virtually invisible to audiences. The custom pickguard mirrors the aesthetic of King's original vintage El Dorado. A hardshell case with signature reproduction graphics protects the instrument during transport. This limited–time release requires a 9–volt battery (sold separately) to power the onboard electronics.
