The RD's sculpted silhouette blends Explorer and Firebird aesthetics into an unmistakable visual statement. Built around a mahogany body with elegant 7–ply top binding and contoured rear, the instrument balances striking Chromashift finishes–including this Twilight Shift variant–with genuine functional depth rather than cosmetics alone.

The 25.5" scale mahogany neck sports a Modern C profile and bound ebony fingerboard carrying 22 stainless steel medium jumbo frets, grounded by a 10"–14" compound radius facilitating both chording and bends. Locking Grover® Rotomatic® tuners and a Graph Tech® nut anchor tuning stability, whilst the LockTone® Tune–O–Matic® bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece ensure rock–solid intonation and sustain. Tonally, paired Epiphone ProBucker® Ignite humbuckers deliver articulate output with clarity; dual push–pull volume and tone controls unlock coil–splitting and phase switching for expanded sonic territory.
