Elixir 19077 Electric Guitar Nickel Plated Steel w/ Optiweb Coating - 6-String L/H (10-52)

Discover the guitar strings that let you truly connect with your music through Elixir® Strings' revolutionary OPTIWEB® Coating technology. These nickel-plated steel electric guitar strings maintain the crisp tone, natural feel and familiar grip that guitarists demand, whilst providing the extended tone life that Elixir® is renowned for. The OPTIWEB Coating stands out amongst Elixir's range, offering the most natural and familiar playing sensation compared to their POLYWEB® and NANOWEB® alternatives.

The lightweight OPTIWEB coating allows your strings to vibrate with minimal damping, giving you complete control over bends, vibrato and sustain. This innovative approach means you can feel what you play and play what you feel, without the compromise typically associated with coated strings. The firm grip ensures your technique remains precise and responsive.

What sets Elixir Strings apart from other manufacturers is their comprehensive coating process that covers the entire string, including the crucial gaps between windings where tone-killing debris typically accumulates. Combined with Anti-Rust Plating on the plain steel strings, this complete protection system ensures your entire set maintains its tonal integrity far longer than conventional coated or uncoated alternatives, reducing the frequency and cost of string changes whilst maximising your quality playing time.
