Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 G2 Portable Powered Column System w/ Sub (Black)

The Electro-Voice® EVOLVE 50 G2 is the second generation of the classic EVOLVE column PA, built around fast setup and even coverage. A 12-inch woofer and a column of eight 3.5-inch neodymium drivers sit inside a single 1,500W Class-D system, now reaching a maximum SPL of 129dB. That is more headroom than the previous generation, which suits larger rooms and busier dance floors. Frequency response runs 43Hz–20kHz, extending to 37Hz at –10dB.

Setup is tool-free. The pole seats on a magnet, the column array locks by gravity, and signal routes internally. Coverage is 120° horizontal by 40° down-tilted vertical, aimed at both seated and standing audiences. Four inputs with DSP include switchable 48V phantom power, music ducking and enhanced effects, all adjustable on a larger colour LCD. QuickSmart App 3.0 provides wireless mixing over extended-range Bluetooth, and QuickSmart Link joins two systems for stereo.
