The EHX Mono Synth puts eleven distinct synthesiser voices right at your fingertips, turning your standard guitar into a powerhouse of vintage and modern synth sounds without requiring any modifications, special pickups, or MIDI setup. From string-like textures to aggressive resonant tones, deep drones, and bell-like sounds, this pedal covers an impressive range of sonic territory that spans classic synth emulations through to fat, stacked voices and soaring lead sounds.

The pedal’s intuitive control layout makes dialling in great sounds quick and straightforward. The DRY knob manages your guitar’s volume at the Synth Output, while the SYNTH control adjusts the synthesiser level, allowing you to craft the perfect blend between your natural guitar tone and the synth sounds. The SENS (sensitivity) control fine-tunes how your playing dynamics trigger the synthesiser, letting you match the pedal’s response to your specific guitar and playing style.

Each of the eleven synth types features its own adjustable parameter via the CTRL knob, providing additional customisation options that vary depending on the selected preset. An EXP input adds real-time expression pedal control over different parameters, while the built-in Preset footswitch enables you to create, save, and recall custom user presets for each synth sound. Factory presets can be easily restored whenever needed, ensuring you always have access to the original sounds alongside your personal creations.
