Meet Gary, the compact powerhouse born from the creative mind of Lee Kiernan from the crushing band IDLES, designed to capture the essence of the discontinued Gray Channel® in a more pedalboard-friendly format. What started as a straightforward request quickly evolved into something far more sinister and compelling when Gary revealed his darker, more destructive personality after hours.

This dynamic pedal combines a pulse width modulated fuzz circuit with a natural-sounding op-amp overdrive, giving you access to both crushing saturation and smooth drive tones in one compact unit. The fuzz section features 1 MΩ input impedance with less than 1 kΩ output impedance, while the overdrive circuit offers 500 kΩ input impedance with the same low output impedance for optimal signal integrity.

Gary comes packed with professional features including TRS expression pedal compatibility for real-time dynamic control, Flexi-Switch® Technology offering both momentary and latching operation modes, and relay-based true bypass switching that maintains signal purity when disengaged. The pedal measures a compact 4.75 x 2.50 x 2.25 inches and runs on standard 9V DC power with 2.1mm negative centre barrel connection.
