DW's 9000X Series 2-Leg Hi-Hat Stand represents the extended-footboard evolution of the company's professional hardware line, built for drummers who need precision footwork without tripod bulk. The two-leg base frees up kick drum placement and doubles pedal clearance while maintaining lateral stability through a wider footprint than conventional designs. Delta ball-bearing linkage transfers motion directly from pedal to pull rod, reducing play and improving response speed across dynamic ranges.

The stand uses a dual-leg aluminium base with adjustable spur angles and non-slip rubber feet that grip without marring stage surfaces. Infinite height adjustment runs from 775mm to 1015mm via memory lock, and the footboard measures 330mm long with a textured anti-slip surface and adjustable spring tension. Upper tube diameter is 25.4mm with a toothless TechLock collar that holds cymbals without thread wear or slippage under aggressive playing. Total weight is 5.2kg, and the folded dimension collapses to 860mm for transport.
