Dimarzio Satch Track Neck Pickup (Black)

After two years of meticulous development, Joe Satriani has created his first single-coil sized signature pickup that redefines what’s possible in a compact format. The Satch Track™ Neck represents DiMarzio’s most sophisticated Fast Track-style pickup yet, combining articulate response with the musical character that has made Satriani’s tone legendary.

This innovative pickup successfully bridges the sonic gap between traditional humbucker warmth and single-coil clarity. The Satch Track™ Neck responds to pick attack and string vibration with the speed and accuracy you’d expect from a single-coil, while maintaining the broader, more powerful voicing characteristic of humbuckers.

The tonal profile features exceptionally warm highs, with clarity achieved through tight, focused midrange and low frequencies. This careful balance allows the pickup to maintain definition across the frequency spectrum while preserving the musical qualities that make it suitable for Satriani’s demanding performance requirements.
