The push/pull potentiometers feature DiMarzio's signature audio taper found in their Custom Taper Potentiometers, combined with ultra-smooth rotation for precise control. The integrated DPDT switch and push/pull functionality provides additional wire points for advanced switching options including series/parallel configurations, coil-tapping, and phase switching. A thoughtfully placed solder point at the switch base allows for clean grounding connections, ensuring all wiring runs in one direction and eliminating the need to solder directly to the pot.

Authentic construction details include machined brass split shafts and bushings, replicating vintage specifications with 24 teeth and 32-thread turns for perfect compatibility with USA knobs from DiMarzio, Fender®, and Gibson®.
