This innovative pedal packs 14 brand new guitar and bass cabinet impulse responses, allowing you to run straight from your pedalboard or preamp into your mixing desk, in-ear monitors or DAW whilst achieving professional cabinet emulation without needing physical speaker cabinets.
The CabDryVR offers dual inputs and outputs, with one output featuring an optional dry path that connects to your stage amp input. Its Cabinet Tuning™ Size control, originally developed for DigiTech's acclaimed GNX Series, morphs the cabinet's resonant peak to create custom cab sizes and unique tonal characteristics. Individual output level controls provide precise volume balancing for each cabinet in your mix, whilst the standard 9VDC power supply ensures seamless integration with your current pedalboard setup.
Keep in mind that the CabDryVR simulates cabinets and speakers only – it doesn't emulate amplifiers. You may need to adjust your gain structure and boost settings when incorporating the CabDryVR into your rig. For a more natural “cab in a room” sound, consider adding reverb such as the DigiTech Polara after the CabDryVR in your signal chain.
