Denis Wick Trumpet Mouthpiece Maurice Murphy Type 3C (Silver Plated)

This mouthpiece strikes the perfect balance between warmth and projection, offering musicians a remarkably adaptable tool that excels across diverse musical styles. The full, rich tone quality becomes particularly pronounced in the higher registers, where added resonance helps maintain clarity and power without sacrificing the characteristic warmth that defines its sound.

Precision engineering defines every aspect of this mouthpiece’s construction. The 16.75mm cup diameter provides an ideal foundation for both comfort and control, while the 5.35mm rim width offers excellent support for extended playing sessions. The carefully calibrated 3.7mm throat works in harmony with the V–Type backbore to optimise airflow and response.

Professional musicians will appreciate how this mouthpiece adapts to their playing style rather than forcing adaptation. The thoughtful design parameters create a responsive feel that supports both lyrical passages and demanding technical work, making it an excellent choice for players seeking reliability across various performance contexts.
