D'Addario's XS Nickel electric guitar strings represent the pinnacle of string longevity, outlasting every other electric string in their extensive range. These premium strings feature the revolutionary XS coating technology that maximises string life whilst maintaining a smooth, fast playing feel that won't compromise your tone quality.

Built around a robust NY Steel core with reformulated nickel-plated steel wrap wire, these strings incorporate Fusion Twist technology for exceptional strength and tuning stability. The construction provides richer harmonics, enhanced clarity, and remarkable definition across every playing technique - from sweeping arpeggios to aggressive bends and smooth slides.

The 09-46 Super Light Top/Regular Bottom gauge configuration offers the perfect balance for players seeking enhanced low-end response compared to standard super light sets, whilst retaining the flexibility needed for expressive bending techniques. This hybrid gauge setup caters to guitarists who want fuller bass tones without sacrificing playability in the higher registers.
