D'Addario WYKYK Ball End Colour String Change Mat

The D'Addario WYKYK Ball End Colour String Change Mat is an oversized maintenance surface designed to protect instruments during string changes and general setup work. Measuring 37.4" x 17.7", this high–performance mat provides ample workspace for electric guitars, bass guitars, and acoustic instruments. The fabric top surface won't scratch or mark delicate finishes, while the anti–slip rubber underside keeps the mat stable on benches, workstations, or any flat surface during restringing sessions.

The mat's construction combines a soft, smooth fabric upper layer with a grippy rubber base, secured by stitched edging for long–term durability. At 0.16" thick, it offers enough cushioning to protect instrument bodies without creating an unstable work surface. D'Addario has ethically sourced the materials and packaged the mat with zero plastic, aligning with the company's broader environmental commitments. The WYKYK branding references the ball–end colour coding system used across D'Addario's string range, making it a functional companion piece for players who work on their own instruments regularly.
