Unlock the full potential of your long scale electric bass with EPS300, a precision-engineered tapered string set that brings professional-grade performance to your fingertips. This custom light gauge configuration is specifically designed for long scale electric basses, offering players the perfect balance of playability and tonal excellence.

The XL ProSteel series features an innovative stainless steel wrap wire construction that maximises interaction with magnetic pickups, resulting in a distinctively bright and present sound character. This enhanced pickup response ensures your bass cuts through any mix with clarity and definition.

Built with D’Addario’s exclusive corrosion-resistant steel alloy, these strings produce super-bright tones whilst avoiding harsh, shrill overtones that can compromise your sound. The result is a comprehensive tonal palette featuring harmonically rich, brilliantly penetrating highs paired with pronounced, tight-and-tough low frequencies that provide the foundation every bassist needs.
