D'Addario EJ81 Irish Bouzouki 8 String Set

The EJ81 string set brings authentic Irish bouzouki sound to life with its specialised phosphor bronze wound construction, perfectly calibrated for the traditional GDAD tuning that defines this distinctive Celtic instrument.

These strings have been meticulously developed through D'Addario's comprehensive World Instruments range, which draws upon extensive research and rigorous product testing conducted alongside instrument builders, music educators, and professional musicians from around the globe.

The phosphor bronze winding provides the warm, resonant tone characteristics that Irish bouzouki players demand, whilst the optimised tension and gauge specifications ensure reliable tuning stability and comfortable playability across the instrument's full range.
