D'Addario EFT17 Flat Top Phosphor Bronze Acoustic Strings - Medium 13-56

The EFT17 acoustic guitar strings offer a revolutionary flat-top design that eliminates the common frustrations of finger noise whilst maintaining the rich tonal qualities guitarists demand. These medium gauge strings feature precision ground surfaces that create a smooth, flattened playing area perfect for both traditional fingerpicking and slide guitar techniques.

Built with phosphor bronze construction, the EFT17 set maintains excellent sustain and tonal depth despite the innovative flat surface treatment. The specialised grinding process ensures that players can enjoy reduced finger squeak and smoother transitions between frets without compromising the warm, resonant sound that phosphor bronze strings are renowned for.

Particularly suited to slide players and fingerstyle guitarists who require clean, noise-free performance, these strings represent an ideal solution for recording situations or live performances where unwanted string noise can be problematic. The medium gauge provides balanced tension across all six strings, making them suitable for a wide range of playing styles and guitar setups.
