Cort Space 5 5-String Headless Electric Bass Guitar (Star Dust Black) inc Gig Bag

The Cort Space 5 reimagines the five-string electric bass with a headless architecture that reduces weight and improves balance without compromising tonal depth. Finished in Star Dust Black, this instrument addresses the ergonomic and tuning stability challenges of traditional bass designs through its compact construction and integrated hardware. The included gig bag provides transport protection sized to the reduced body length, making this bass a practical choice for musicians who need portability alongside extended low-end range.

The headless design eliminates the weight and length of a conventional headstock, shifting the tuning mechanisms to the bridge for improved balance and faster string changes. Five strings extend the low-end response, giving bassists access to deeper register work across rock, funk, metal and extended-range styles. The Star Dust Black finish combines visual restraint with stage-ready durability. Hardware integration at the bridge streamlines the tuning process while maintaining stable intonation across the fretboard, and the reduced overall length makes navigating tight stage setups and rehearsal spaces considerably easier.
