Cort C10955 CoreOC Mahogany Acoustic Electric Guitar Open Pore Black Burst

The Cort CoreOC Mahogany brings all–mahogany construction to an accessible acoustic–electric with genuine substance. Designed around tonal warmth and midrange punch, this open–pore black burst instrument prioritises resonance and projection without heavy lacquer damping. Mahogany top, back, and sides deliver a focused, articulate voice that responds dynamically to both fingerstyle and strumming techniques. The onboard electronics make this a stage–ready option straight out of the case.

Mahogany's natural compression and emphasis on fundamental frequencies give the CoreOC a balanced, musical response across the spectrum. The open–pore finish allows the wood to breathe and vibrate more freely than sealed gloss alternatives, enhancing acoustic resonance and sustain. A slim neck profile and comfortable body depth support extended playing sessions, while the black burst finish highlights the grain and construction quality. Integrated electronics provide amplified tone with volume and EQ controls mounted discreetly on the upper bout, maintaining clean aesthetics while offering practical control over stage sound.
