Cort A4 Ultra Ash ENB 4 String Electric Bass Guitar With Case Etched Natural Black

The Cort A4 Ultra Ash brings transparent, resonant tone to a four-string platform designed for players chasing clarity and sustain. Cort positions this model as a premium expression of ash body construction, with the Etched Natural Black finish exposing the grain through a dark stain that highlights the wood's natural character. The included hardshell case protects the instrument during transport, while the Ultra Ash designation speaks directly to the tonal priority of swamp ash as the primary tonewoods foundation.

Ash delivers bright attack and pronounced midrange, with the body's natural resonance contributing to string-to-string definition across the entire register. The four-string configuration maintains traditional tuning while allowing the ash body to breathe without excessive mass damping high-frequency content. Etched Natural Black applies a semi-transparent finish that preserves the wood's acoustic properties rather than sealing tone under thick lacquer. The hardshell case features plush interior lining and reinforced latches to handle Australian touring conditions and regular gigging schedules.
