Following the success of their 2019 dual output acoustics featuring built-in humbuckers, the company's research and development team pushed boundaries further to produce three new thinline models that genuinely bridge acoustic and electric guitar capabilities without sacrificing either.

The breakthrough came through addressing a fundamental technical challenge that has plagued hybrid guitars for years. Electric magnetic pickups traditionally struggle with phosphor bronze strings, only detecting the nickel core and creating uneven output levels where the bottom four strings produce significantly lower volume than the top two. Cole Clark's electronics specialist Paul Gale developed groundbreaking technology that adjusts the strength of individual pole pieces within magnetic pickups, achieving perfect balance specifically for phosphor bronze strings.
